I can see things from different points of view, evaluate alternatives and choose for the best one. I prefer to think before speaking but i'm not worry to tell my opinion. I work to reach the maximum and I do not stop until I'm satisfied. In my work I am able both to involve and encourage the team mates, and to reach my goals independently.
